1. Get a air compressor and a pressure regulator and test your wastegates individually. 2. assuming things work correctly.. Get a boost gate and plug into the end of the that goes into the wastegate and plug the air compressor into the what would be the pressure side. 3. Compare readings on both wastegates in theory they should be the same but you never know if you have some kind of issue in your tubing length 4. Check your vacuum point that goes into the regulator make sure its getting a vacuum source. 5. Provide pressure to the pressure sensor to see if the EVC is seeing the proper pressure. 6. Double check all your lines since you have 2 wastegates you are going to have some Y or T somewhere to feed the wastegates I wouldn't be surprised to a mistake somewhere in the tubing.
